Shelter

The shelter for the backyard kitchen is made of timer framed Eastern Red Cedar with a standing seam metal roof.

1st Burn

First Burn in the mud oven. Fire is behind the upper door. The lower door is for storage.

Heating Oven

The wood fire in the Mud Oven will heat the clay. Then the fire is removed and the retained heat bakes the bread.

Pizza
